MISRATA (Libya)- Minister of Maghreb Affairs, African Union and Arab League Abdelkader Messahel said Friday, in Misrata, that the Libyans have shown a "strong will to reach a peaceful solution through an inter-Libyan political dialogue."
At the end of a visit to Misrata (in the west of Libya) on Friday, the minister said he "noticed a strong will among the Libyans to reach peaceful solutions through a political all-inclusive dialogue."
Messahel said he perceived such a will in all the Libyan towns he has visited, namely Al Bayda, Benghazi, Zentan, Tripoli and Misrata.
He reiterated Algeria's conviction that a "solution (to Libya crisis) can only be reached through an inclusive dialogue among all Libyans, without any exclusion."
"The Libyans can achieve it without any foreign interference."
