Participative democracy, people’s demand entrenched by Constitution

SOUK AHRAS – Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning Noureddine Bedoui said Thursday in Sédrata (in Souk Ahras, east of Algiers), that the participative democracy "one of the people’s demands has been entrenched by the Constitution."
