ALGIERS- The Government will pursue its action to regain citizens' trust and ensure the participation of all social categories in the national revival project, said Sunday in Algiers Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal.
While presenting the Government's Action Plan before the members of the Council of Nation (Upper House of Parliament), Sellal underlined that "the main objective" of his Government for the next five years is "making every effort to regain citizens' trust so as to ensure the participation of all sections of the society, particularly the youth in the national revival project."
This can be made possible "with the improvement of public services through the joint approach initiated by the Government since over a year and which has yielded its fruits," he said, adding the aim is to "facilitate the life of citizens."
The Government will continue the fight against bureaucracy and improving public service for all Algerians wherever they are," promised Sellal.
In his address before the members of the People's National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament), the Prime minister said that "the fight against bureaucracy will affect all the sectors.
The members of the Council of Nation have started debating the Government's Action Plan, after it was presented by Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal during a plenary session, chaired by Speaker Abdelkader Bensalah.
