ALGIERS- Palestinian Minister of Information Mohamed Assaf affirmed Friday in Algiers that the Palestinian authority would not give up on the creation of a State within the 1967 borders, adding that the US will no longer have a role in the peace process, outside a UN-sponsored international multilateral mechanism.
BRUSSELS-President of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas on Monday urged the European Union (EU) and its member countries to “recognize the State of Palestine,” stressing that this recognition will not “hinder” the peace process in the Middle East.
AMMAN-President of the National Council of Human Rights (CNDH) Fafa Ben Zerrouki Si Lakhdar announced Wednesday in Amman (Jordan) that Algeria will host on 14-15 February 2018 an international Conference on the Zionist occupation and the situation of human rights in Palestine under the theme "Fifty years of occupation: Reality of human rights in the territories occupied since 1967."
ALGIERS – Thousands of citizens and representatives of the political class and the associations in Algeria denounced, Saturday in Algiers, during a solidarity rally, staged at the dome of the Mohamed- Boudiaf Sports Complex (Algiers), the "unjust and provocative" decision of the US administration to transfer its embassy to the occupied city of Al-Quds.
ALGIERS- A rally in solidarity with the Palestinian people has been staged Saturday at the Dome of the Mohamed-Boudiaf Sports Complex. The Rally was attended by thousands of citizens, representatives of political parties, civil society, students, members of both Houses of Parliament, representatives of the Federations of the General Union of the Algerian Workers (Central Union- UGTA) and officials of the Palestinian Embassy in Algiers.
RAMALLAH- Four Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire and more than 200 others were wounded while they were protesting in the West Bank and Gaza over US President Trump's recognition of Al Quds as the capital of Israel, said medical sources.
ALGIERS- The Hall of Mohamed-Boudiaf Olympic Complex Dome will open Saturday for associations, political parties and citizens wishing to gather to reiterate support to the Palestinian cause, following the United States' recognition of Al Quds as the capital of the Israeli occupation, said Tuesday the Prime Minister Office in a statement.

RAMALLAH- The United States could no longer play their historic role of peace mediator with the Israelis after President Donald Trump's recognition of the Occupied Al-Quds as the capital of Israel, said Wednesday President Mahmoud Abbas.
