ALGIERS- The minister of Foreign Affairs Abdelkader Messahel held discussions Thursday, in Muscat (Sultanate of Oman) with his Omani counterpart Youcef Ben Alaoui Ben Abdallah said the ministry of Foreign Affairs in a communiqué.
