ALGIERS- Prime Minister Abdelmadjid Tebboune said Thursday that Algeria will not fail to its international commitments with foreign partners, particularly with the European Union, without giving up its sovereign right consisting in the protection of its interests, affirming that Algeria is not currently ready to join the World Trade Organization (WTO).
