Delay in construction of over 28,000 social housing units in 18 provinces

ALGIERS- Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City Abdelwahid Temmar on Saturday underlined the delay in the construction of over 28,000 social housing units (73 project) in 18 provinces of the country.
