ALGIERS- Assistant Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), in charge of Political Affairs and Security Policy, Alejandro Alvargonzales affirmed Monday, in Algiers, that there is “much to learn” from Algeria’s efforts in maintaining the region’s stability.
