ALGIERS- Minister of Finance Abderrahmane Raouia affirmed Tuesday, in Algiers, that the finance bill 2018 will contribute to the preservation of the economic balances, control of public expenditure and reduction of the effects of the drop in oil prices on the national economy, while preserving social security and the citizens’ purchasing power so as to avoid new taxes on citizens.
