BISKRA-Biskra is expected to become an electricity production hub by 2023 following the implementation of three giant projects, announced Sunday CEO of Sonelgaz group Mohamed Argab.
TISSEMSILT- The minister of Vocational Training and Education Mohamed Mebarki said Sunday, in Tissemsilt, that the government adopted a new strategy of vocational training focused on the alternative hydrocarbon economy.
