ALGIERS- The Liaison Committee of the Trans-Saharan Road (CLRT) is working currently for the implementation of a development plan, covering the north of Mali and Niger and the far south of Algeria, allowing the identification of inadequacies and stakes relating to the profitability of the construction of this road, said Tuesday, in Algiers, CLRT’s Secretary General Mohamed Ayadi.
