CONSTANTINE (Algeria)- The 7th National Women’s Poetry Festival, scheduled from 8 to 13 November, will be marked by the presence of 44 poetesses from 24 provinces, said Wednesday the Festival’s commissioner Mounira Saada Khelkhal.
Speaking in a press conference held at Emir Abdelkader University, Saada Khelkhal said that this literary meeting will allow Constantine’s audience to discover, during six days, poems in Arabic, French, English and Tamazight.
Considered as one of the most important literary meetings of Constantine, the festival will also see the organization of conferences and debates on “the presence of heritage in the contemporary women’s poetry.”
