ALGIERS- Algeria will partake in the 19th Conference of Arab Culture Ministers, to take place on 12 and 13 January in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during which the preparations for "Constantine, Capital of Arab Culture 2015," event and the project of the Arab Archaeology Centre of Tipaza will presented, said the Ministry of Culture in a communiqué.
The Conference will be an "opportunity to present the preparations for 'Constantine, Capital of Arab Culture 2015' event," said the communiqué, adding that invitations will be sent to Arab ministers of Culture to attend the opening ceremony of the event as well as to "the different festivities scheduled throughout the year."
The secretary general of the Ministry of Culture will led the Algerian delegation to the Conference, which will also examine the project of the Arab Archaeology Centre in Tipasa in order to take the most appropriate decision.
Launched in August 2012, the project is due to be delivered in May 2015.
