ALGIERS- An earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter Scale hit the province of Constantine (432-km east of Algiers) on Thursday at 3:54 p.m., said the Research Centre of Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics (CRAAG).
The epicentre was located 11-km southwest of Ouled Rahmoune, said the CRAAG.
