ALGIERS- Fifteen would-be immigrants, aboard a drifting boat, were rescued by the coastguards 7 miles northeast of Cape Rosa, in El Kala, said Monday the Ministry of National Defence in a communiqué.
MOSTAGANEM-The Coastguard units of the province of Mostaganem intercepted 45 would-be immigrants, including 4 women, during the night from Saturday to Sunday, announced the security body.
CHLEF (Algeria)- Thirty-four illegal emigrants were intercepted Friday by coastguards in Chlef (208-km west of Algiers), the security body said.

ORAN – Eighteen would-be immigrants were intercepted Sunday off Ain El Turck by the Coastguard units of Oran (431-km west of Algiers), said the security body.
AIN TEMOUCHENT- Two fishermen died and eleven others were rescued Tuesday after their sardine boat sank off Bouzedjar (Ain Temouchent, 450-km west of Algiers), said the regional command of Coastguards of Beni-Saf.
ORAN (Algeria)- Thirty-seven Algerian illegal emigrants have been intercepted Thursday morning in two separate operations in the north of Kristel (Gdyel) and the north of Andalouses, by coastguard units in Oran (432-km west of Algiers).
ALGIERS- A Coast Guard unit rescued Friday four fishermen who were aboard a sinking boat, two miles north of Cap Willis in Mostaganem (355km west of Algiers), the ministry of National Defense said Saturday in a statement.
