KIGALI (Rwanda)- Minister of Justice Tayeb Louh affirmed Friday, in Kigali, that “Algeria hasn’t closed its doors” to foreign migrants and nationals from African countries, but “works to reconcile the need to protect its borders and secure the country with the duty of solidarity with African brothers, notably nationals from neighbouring countries.”
ALGIERS- Two supporters of terrorist groups were arrested Tuesday in Tiaret (340-km west of Algiers) by a detachment of the People's National Army, said Wednesday the Ministry of National Defence in a communiqué.

AIN TEMOUCHENT- A total of 45 would-be immigrants were intercepted in the last 24 hours in the provinces of Ain Temouchent and Tlemcen, Beni Saf’s coastguards and National Gendarmerie said on Tuesday.
ORAN (Algeria)- National Gendarmerie services foiled in the last 48 hours, in Mostaganem (355-km west of Algiers), two illegal emigration attempts by 23 people, the security body said Tuesday in Oran.
