ALGIERS- An earthquake measuring 3.0 on the Richter scale hit the province of Batna on Sunday at 10:09 a.m. northwest the commune of Merouana, announced the National Centre of Research in Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics (CRAAG) in a statement.
