ALGIERS- The Algerian Red Crescent (CRA) signed Tuesday, in Algiers, a partnership agreement with the delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Algeria for the strengthening of its capacities in the humanitarian field through training, technical and logistical support.
