ALGIERS- Fifteen would-be immigrants, aboard a drifting boat, were rescued by the coastguards 7 miles northeast of Cape Rosa, in El Kala, said Monday the Ministry of National Defence in a communiqué.
MOSTAGANEM- An attempt of illegal immigration was foiled Wednesday morning off Mostaganem and 22 would-be immigrants, including women and children, were intercepted, said the Coastguard units.

ORAN- Twenty-six illegal immigrants were intercepted by the Western coastguards units of Oran in two separate operations off Cape Falcon in Ain El Turck in early Saturday morning, said the security body.
MOSTAGANEM-The Coastguard units of the province of Mostaganem intercepted 45 would-be immigrants, including 4 women, during the night from Saturday to Sunday, announced the security body.
ALGIERS- Algeria reiterated Monday, in Berne, Switzerland, its commitment to finding "comprehensive and far-reaching" solutions to illegal migration, the ministry said in a statement.
CHLEF (Algeria)- Thirty-four illegal emigrants were intercepted Friday by coastguards in Chlef (208-km west of Algiers), the security body said.

KIGALI (Rwanda)- Minister of Justice Tayeb Louh affirmed Friday, in Kigali, that “Algeria hasn’t closed its doors” to foreign migrants and nationals from African countries, but “works to reconcile the need to protect its borders and secure the country with the duty of solidarity with African brothers, notably nationals from neighbouring countries.”
ALGIERS- Two supporters of terrorist groups were arrested Tuesday in Tiaret (340-km west of Algiers) by a detachment of the People's National Army, said Wednesday the Ministry of National Defence in a communiqué.
