ALGIERS-The Council of Ministers, which met Wednesday under the chairmanship of President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika, has adopted a law amending the law on penitentiary organization and social reintegration of prisoners, with a view to introducing a surveillance mechanism through electronic bracelet.
