ALGIERS- Electronic surveillance through the use of the electronic bracelet will come into effect Wednesday for individuals convicted to a custodial sentence that does not exceed three (03) years or convicts that still have to serve a custodial sentence that does not exceed three years and thus, following decision of the sentence enforcement judge.
