ALGIERS- The National Algerian Committee of Solidarity with the Sahrawi People (CNASPS) hailed Wednesday, with great satisfaction, the conclusions of the Advocate general of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) Wathelet, who said that the fisheries agreement concluded between the European Union and Morocco is “invalid,” said the Committee in a communiqué.

BRUSSELS- The fisheries agreement concluded between the European Union (EU) and Morocco is invalid because of its implementation on Western Sahara and its territorial waters, according to the findings of the advocate general of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), published on Wednesday.
