TRIPOLI- Minister of Maghreb Affairs, African Union and Arab League Abdelkader Messahel arrived Thursday in Libya’s capital Tripoli, the fourth stage of his tour in this country, intended to bridge the positions, in support to the process of the political resolution of the Libyan crisis.
Messahel and the delegation accompanying him have been greeted at Mitiga international airport by Libyan foreign minister Mohamed Tahar Siala.
Messahel later held talks with President of the High Council of State Abderrahman Swihli.
The Libyan capital Tripoli is the fourth stage of Messahel’s tour started Wednesday.
Previously, he visited Al Bayda, Benghazi in the east of the country, and Zentan (west).
Messahel is expected this evening in Mesrata.
