SMARA (Sahrawi Refugee Camps)- The festivities of the second day for the celebration of the 42^nd anniversary of the proclamation of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (SADR) were marked by a rich and varied programme comprising notably the organization of the Marathon of Sahara and a symbolic referendum on the Sahrawi people’s self-determination.
