ALGIERS- Algeria has expressed "satisfaction" with the nomination of former  Lebanese minister of Culture Ghassan Salame as United Nations chief's special representative to Libya, stressing full willingness to contribute to the efforts for the implementation of Libya's political agreement of 17 December 2015," the spokesman of the ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdelaziz Benali Cherif, said Saturday.

ALGIERS-The Algerian, Tunisian and Egyptian Foreign Ministers hailed Monday in Algiers the definition by the Libyan parties of the points of the political Agreement to be amended, highlighting the importance of the mechanism of Libya's neighbouring countries launched by Algeria and its approach for the settlement of the Libyan crisis, based on dialogue and national reconciliation.

ALGIERS – Foreign Ministers of Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt on Monday in Algiers called for abstaining from taking any measure likely to hamper the political settlement process in Libya. 

They also renewed support to the political solution through inclusive dialogue, the rejection of foreign interference and the military option.
