ADDIS ABABA-Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Commission Moussa Faki Mahamat underlined, Sunday in Addis Ababa, the need to accelerate the negotiations process between Libyan parties, stressing that political dialogue and balanced negotiations would lead solve the Libyan crisis.
